Cleaning Kay is my ultimate favourite Kay because she reminds of when I decided to subscribe to this channel a couple of years ago. There's something that she said about how cleaning is about taking care of the things you own and showing your appreciation - I always remember that when I'm cleaning my apartment and just being super grateful for having a comfortable place of my own and furnishing it with items that I love. Man, what a great vlog ❤

Speaking as a fellow overthinker, I learnt something about it. My late aunt once told me that the reason why we end up over thinking is because we give ourselves that opportunity. She taught what they call a 5 second rule. If you have something you need to do, the moment it pops in your mind, you count till five and start doing it. She mentioned that she started with something a small as making her bed in the morning... I'm implementing it as we speak and it's really working. In all aspects, all things that you find yourself over thinking, count till 5 and just do it.
