I started following you when Maddie was everleigh’s age and I swear each of your girls look the same to me at that age😂. When autumn was 3 she looked like Maddie, then now everleigh is 3 she looks like autumn lol. Another note… where are the pups? Do they have to stay outside always?

It's a house that they bought but they are not going to move in to. They will keep living at the same house they already had and will rent the new house to another family. After a period of time, the investment will be covered completely by the rent they collect from their tenants. At this point, it will be like a second source of income for them. (I hope my explanation was helpful, meine Muttersprache ist nicht Englisch😉)

@@shanys11 I’m a bit confused about why Melissa mentioned having to put down 20% for the rental home. Is this because the FHA loan has already been used or in general 20% must be put down on “rental homes”?

@Marie oh, I think the 20% is the down payment on the house ( it's cash that you have to pay upfront when you purchase real estate)
