Honestly I haven’t been using it as much because my skin has been breaking out but when it clears up again I’m going to start using consistently again!

I know everyone is different but I was on accutane as well and my acne came back after less than a year off of it. Retin a wasn’t cutting it anymore. So I found a routine that works. Azelaic acid prescription in the am and vitamin c ferulic acid. And at night I do retin a cream. And I take 100 mg of spironalactone to control my hormonal acne. Birth control wasn’t working for me. It took at least six months to see a difference though. I was almost going to give up. But it finally made a difference.

If your looking for a natural remedy for skin- idk if you have tried DIM, or evening primrose oil, or ACV, Those were life savers for my skin :). I also recommend looking into apostrophe (they’re an online derm service, but they are spot on with treatments!)
