　今回は動画にもあった自分の好きな曲の1つであるMr.Childrenの「彩り」を紹介しました。始まりのメロディーからどこか懐かしさや温かさを感じられるような優しい雰囲気を感じることができ、落ち着きたいときや自分と向き合いたいときに最適な曲だと思っています。ちなみに動画の字幕の歌詞間違えています。失礼いたしました。ファン失格ですね（笑）
【1番のサビの歌詞】
「僕のした単純作業がこの世界を回り回って、まだ出会ったことのない人の、笑い声を作っている。そんな些細な生きがいが、日常に彩りを加える。モノクロの僕の毎日に、少ないけど、赤・黄色・緑」
　これはつまり、日々毎日が同じ作業の繰り返しで「自分が誰かの役に立っているか」や「自分のしていることの意味が分からない」ことで徐々に疲弊していき、自分の思考や毎日がつまらない、「白と黒のモノクロの世界」に見えてきてしまっている状況を表現しています。しかし、実はあなたのしている事は必ず誰かの役に立っているし、見えないところであなたのしていることが誰かの笑い声を作っているんだと、だから自信をもってほしい、そういった意味が1番の歌詞には込められています。
次に2番の歌詞を紹介します。
【2番のサビの歌詞】
「憧れにはほど遠くって、手を伸ばしても届かなくて、カタログは付箋したまんま、ゴミ箱へと捨てるのがオチ。そんな些細な生きがいは、時に馬鹿馬鹿しく思える。慌てて僕は彩（いろ）を探す。にじんでいても金・銀・紫」
　ここでいう「憧れ」とは自分の理想像や将来なりたいもの、やりたいことなどを表現していると捉えています。しかしそれは手を伸ばしても届かないくらい難しいもので、やってみたいなと自分の中でやりたいことリストに追加し、付箋はしたものの、結局せずにゴミ箱へと、つまりいつも通り諦めてしまう、そういった情景が浮かんできます。そんな日々、生き方は時に馬鹿馬鹿しく思え、モノクロに思える毎日から脱却するために、慌ててまたやりたいことを探す。その繰り返し。
　作曲者の桜井さんはおそらくこのようなことを伝えたかったのではないかと私は思っています。もちろん人によって捉え方は違いますし、年代によっても変わってくると思うので、ぜひ聞いて感じてみてください。
　最後にこの曲のすごいところを紹介して終わります。
　動画でもお伝えしたように曲のタイトルをローマ字表記すると「IRODORI」となり、反対から読んでも同じ文字のいわゆる「回文」となっています。私から始まってその行いは巡り巡ってそのまま自分に返ってくるという意味が込められており、この曲にぴったりすぎる、できすぎていますね（笑）
　さらに1番は「ただ」から始まり、2番は「今」から始まります。これを重ねると「ただいま」となり、巡り巡っている様子をここでも表現しています。また、この曲のアルバム名「HOME」とぴったりの相性で、この1曲を作るためだけにどれだけ考えたのか、想像もつかないくらい仕掛けや文字遊びが歌詞の中に含まれています。
こういうところが私がMr.Childrenを好きな理由なんですよね（笑）
ぜひ他の曲も実際に聞いてみて自分なりに考えを持ってみてください。
脳みそもかなり使うので思考力のトレーニングにもなりますし、より考え方が深まると思います！
　辛くなった時は視野が狭くなりガチ。自分は大丈夫と思っていても、いざその境遇に陥れば、誰だってそうなる。つまりは「モノクロ」の毎日。そのような状況になった際に1つ思い出してほしいことがある。それは「自分を客観的にメタ的に見れるかどうか」ということ。辛くなった時こそ一度自分を俯瞰してみて、乗り越える策を出せるか、最善の選択ができるか、自分がそのような状況に陥ったときにどうすれば自分が冷静でいられるか。これらを知ることが大切だと思う。要は自分を知ること。だからこそいろんな経験をすることは大切で、経験やそこから得た知識は自分だけの財産になる。
そのため今私は、世界を見て様々な事を感じ、吸収し、自分だけの財産を築き上げていく必要がある。
もっと成長したいな。もっといろんな経験したいな。

In this video, I introduced one of my favorite songs, "Irodori" by Mr. Children.

This essentially expresses the fatigue and boredom that come from the repetitive tasks of daily life, where you may wonder if what you're doing is meaningful or helpful to anyone. This makes your thoughts and days seem dull, like a "black-and-white world." However, the lyrics convey that what you do does make a difference and brings laughter to someone, even if you can't see it. So, be confident in what you do.
Next, let me introduce the lyrics of the second chorus.
*Lyrics of the second chorus:*
"I'm far from my aspirations, and even if I reach out, I can't attain them. The catalog remains bookmarked, only to end up in the trash. Sometimes, those small purposes seem silly. Hastily, I search for color, even if it's blurred-gold, silver, and purple."
Here, "aspirations" refer to one's ideals, future goals, or things they want to achieve. These goals feel out of reach, and although you add them to your list of things you want to try, you end up giving up as usual. This depicts a scene where daily life feels meaningless and monochrome, prompting you to hastily search for new things you want to do, only to repeat the cycle.
I believe songwriter Sakurai intended to convey these sentiments. Of course, interpretations can vary depending on the person and their stage of life, so please listen and form your own understanding.
Finally, let me highlight what makes this song remarkable.
As mentioned in the video, the song title "IRODORI" is a palindrome, reading the same backward and forward. This symbolizes that your actions come full circle and return to you, perfectly fitting the theme of the song. Additionally, the first verse starts with "tada" (just) and the second with "ima" (now), which together form "tadaima" (I'm home), further emphasizing the cyclic nature. The album name "HOME" complements this theme perfectly. The amount of thought and wordplay that went into crafting this song is incredible.
This is why I love Mr. Children (lol). I encourage you to listen to their other songs and form your own interpretations. It's a great exercise for your thinking skills and can deepen your perspectives.
When times get tough, our perspective tends to narrow. Even if you think you're fine, anyone can find themselves in that situation and feel like their days are "monochrome." In such times, remember to step back and view yourself objectively and critically. Can you come up with ways to overcome it, make the best choices, and remain calm? Knowing yourself is crucial. That's why experiencing various things is important; the knowledge and experience you gain become your unique assets.
Therefore, I need to see the world, feel different things, absorb them, and build my unique assets.
I want to grow more. I want to have more experiences.
