Heyyyy Q ❤🫶🏾! Girl this vlog so far is too funny. I like that you don't edit a lot of your content out. You being your authentic self is what makes your channel so relatable. Girl you and Charlie had me weak. You went from being worried and concerned to the back in the day Momma most of us had. You are being thirsty and greedy. My mom would have said "now if you get sick you aint going to the hospital 😂😂 . Also i would suggest trying sea moss vitamins. I take one a day with my daily vitamins which is one a day multi for women. I used to get seasonal allergies and the common colds. Once the pandemic hit I started taking it to build my immune system, and when I say (knock on wood) I haven't been sick in over 3 years. @tiquana I got you boo! Help is on the way, lol. So this is the brand I use. If my local vitamin shoppe is out, I'll order these from Amazon. Oculus Organics, just Sea Moss Capsules - 120 Capsules 1500mg. It suggests 2 tablets daily, but for me, it was too strong. Girl gave me the jitters, so I stopped and only took 1 a day. It is good for your immune system, thyroid, energy, and your skin will flourish too. I have been consistent with them. Listen, I have not had anything, not even a sneeze ( like what do they feel like at this point, LOL) . I hope this helps Q. 💜
