As an esthetician who use work at a wax chain the turnover rate is due to several things. A lot of them are “sweat shops” and don’t pay anything and estheticians work there bc they’re right out of school and need the experience and once they’ve got the experience they leave and start their own business. Hey Chelsie for your dry skin, if you layer your aquaphor or oil over a water-based moisturizer or a serum with hyaluronic acid, you will notice a big difference! The aquaphor and oils are great for sealing in moisture but aren’t as effective on dry skin.
