im also going decaf for anxiety and i've found it's so helpful (i really like the peet's decaf). but i'm still drinking matcha and I find that it doesn't effect me in the same way as coffee at all. Like it's so much more soothing (?) and less like energizing than coffee...at least that's what i found

Ok it’s honestly getting weird how we are the SAME person. Like I swear everything you say (regarding mental health especially) I’m like yup... yup.... like just a few examples needing to walk every day, everything you say about school, your anxiety, insomnia, you name it. I have a blanket that I do the EXACT SAME THING TO EVERY NUGHT EVEN over the head thing. UCSB was my dream school but I couldn’t afford it :( I’ve been watching you for years now and I felt the need to comment lmao love you Lucy 💓💓💓💓
