I teach in Virginia and we usually do not start until after Labor Day, but since the holiday fell later in September this year we are starting August 30 with kids so we do not have to go so late into June. I will be happy about that when June comes, but right now I am dreading those Sunday Scaries again.

We (teachers) went back the last week on July. School started Aug 5th. We had always started after Labor Day. Now we start early. Go for 3-4 weeks, students have a week off, then back again. 🙄 Absolutely hate it!
