VLOG: Mental health, time management, optimism

Hey KZbin, here's a week in my life with mental illness. As you can see, not every day is a bad day, and not everything works for dealing with it. My new MAOI antidepressants are working to keep my moods pretty stable, with a few exceptions that are from environmental factors like finances.
