Hi Lauren! When you start to feel anxious go to the beach put your bare feet in the sand and ground. Grounding (also called Earthing) is an actual thing. We sometimes become disconnected with earth in our busy lives and need to reset again. There are videos and documentaries on Earthing that I recommend you watch. Maybe you can incorporate Earthing into your everyday like you do with working out ❤ BTW LOVING YOUR VIDEOS!!

Hey Lauren, It's okay to have these moments. Sounds like you're doing all the right things to conteract it. It hits me sometimes to. Usually I go through of burst of just being so good in everything I'm trying to accomplish. Than I hit a spot of being overwhelmed, so I decide today will be a flow day and see what blessings arise from it. Always the most helpful for me instead of more pressure or thoughts.

Hey Lauren, I know you are right...I was an aerobics instructor for 11 years and the high impact definitely took a toll on my skeletal system and all my joints...many years later I now do weights and pilates/yoga moves and stretches....I wish I had known earlier 🤷♀️🌟

I hope this helps you because it helped me… if you are feeling that anxious feeling before your period (PMS) timing, and it’s overwhelming, I couldn’t even do anything and felt so depressed and anxious… I found out I was diagnosed with PMDD. It’s basically extreme PMS but didn’t even realize it was around my period and made sense why it was only happening once a month roughly. You aren’t alone , it’s so scary and sad. Unfortunately I went on a birth control to help control the hormonal shift & I’ve been great since. Hope this helps you 💞

Hi I've noticed I have those days as well, and I've also noticed they come before my period starts . See if you notice this , sometimes if my hormones are a bit off, I'll feel scatter brained and/or very emotional about a week before and then also very tired a couple days before period starts. Its your hormones. 5-Htp(mental health), EMP (mental health) and also Vitex (hormones) are all good to take for hormones and mental clarity and happiness.

I hope that this is not too personal, but it sounds like your anxiety is hormonal. Write down your anxiety levels as you track your cycle for a couple months. Don't be hard on yourself I struggle from the exact same issue...it's hormonal. You may have PMDD. Just a thought...certainly not a medical professional ❤
