Today’s vlog is about me spending my half day trying to make mini Portuguese Egg Tart.

Just a note if you guys in the comments wanted to know the name of the protugese egg tart its offiial name is a Pastel De Nata (cake/sweet of the cream in spanish-probably something else in portugese which i dont learn) 🤗

Loffisnow, how many mins or hours do we put the mixture in the fridge?

Hi ^^ I put the mixture into the fridge for about 30 minutes ( meanwhile you can start to cut the puff pastry dough and put it into the mold and let it chill in the fridge for 15 minutes )
