Flaked almonds 100g-450 Sultanas 200g-Aprox 400 for both black and golden Sunflowers 100g-200 Pumpkin seeds 100g-300 Rice crispies 250g-400 Oats 1kg- 350 to 420 Those are carre four prices. These should give you ballpark prices for all of them

Try not to roast the raisins, too. They tend to taste bad as well

Aah I figured the same. The fresh batch I made, I left out adding fenu and roasting the raisins. Turned out fantastic!
