I never even knew about pods but definitely seen them before. I’m planning on moving. Need to look into move jobs out there, thank you! I loved it. I moved to Houston in 2019 but I travel for work, so I am only home every other weekend. I know you haven't been there long, but if you can make some content on the best eateries or cocktail spots that you have enjoyed in Houston so far. My sister just recently moved there too and we are always trying new places, especially black owned. Thanks and your place is beautiful lil sis. God is amazing. I left my job of 21 years to take a traveling job stepping out of faith and God has made a way for me the entire time, and I am so glad I took that leap of faith. Now I'm apartment hunting because I moved into my current place hesitantly because I didn't have a lot of time to make a decision, so I hope to find something I love soon. Congrats on your new chapter in life!

I Had A Good Experience, So I Would. But It All Depends On Your Budget Because It’s Probably The More Expensive Moving Option.

I have used PODS, was very pleased. The only problem is that I want to use again, but the same size container, the price has increased over $1000!

Nice apartment...looks pretty new. Probably don't have issues with roaches. That is my main complaint about apartment living in a lot of apartments in Houston...roach problem.

Hi, new to your channel as I’m researching moving to Houston from NYC. I’d be super grateful if you could share what neighborhood you moved to and other areas you considered and why? Houston is SO huge and I’m having such a tough time trying to figure out what areas would be best suited for me (coming from NYC and used to having some shops/bars/cafes etc within walking distance) but also wanting to have a nice apartment that doesn’t break the bank like NYC rentals lol. I would of course drive but the use of living in apartment complexes where you have to get on the car just to get to a 7Eleven is definitely not my vibe. Curious as to what your requirements were and how you decided on what area you moved to. Any help you could provide and or answers to my questions would be SO appreciated! Wish you all the best R

I will assist if I can (this lady will not be letting people know where she lives, I hope you know that). . It all depends on how much you want to spend on rent; if you want to live in the city of Houston, or outskirts. There are a lot of areas where there are shopping and restaurants in walking distance, such as River oaks neighborhood or the Galleria area. My preference is anywhere outside of Houston...I like the different suburbs such as Pearland, Sugar Land, Missouri City. But keep in mind, if you work in the city, and living on the outskirts... driving on freeway is atrocious!
