Sandy, I totally relate to the planning birthday ordeals. I don't really like planning my birthday either, and I definitely understand getting upset about something not working out. But, I really hope you had a fun birthday because you deserve it. I feel like we have so much in common, especially with the oldest sibling trauma. I definitely agree that we all have seen how you've been in a rough place, but I am so glad that things are getting better.

I totally related to when you said it feels like people are acknowledging her, your inner child, when they show you love for being creative and expressive. I have been feeling so loved and seen lately even though things are so silly I feel like “wow, this must be the montage before the main character breaks.” That cleaning montage was just what I needed. I have to pack and it’s kinda stressful lol but the after is always soooo satisfying
