Nice vlog Chris, nice to see how you run your BL store, I have copied your sorting sheet, I have some people helping me cleaning and sorting Lego but this sheet is great, and yes, my 5 year old son is sorting sets out for BL so 8+ for is able to sort Lego. Q1: Are your costs not enormous (Shipping/sorting and cataloging) to be still competitive with other BL stores? Q2: Is it the amount of parts how you get your costumers. Q3: How about quality? Do your sorters take out discolored and damages/scratched parts? Best regards Marco.
