okay i've seen this tiktok coffee and was hoping u'd try it out. so u basically put some coffee in a coffee machine and make it. then u take a cup and put a chocolate bar over it. then u pour the hot coffee straight out of the coffee maker on top of the cup ( trust me it won't overfow it'll just melt the chocolate bar into the coffee ). and finally, mix it up a little and add a little bit of milk if u want.

I get the same question as u but instead of green tea is about drinking coffee at night. Just like u it has no effect on my sleep. N honestly I just feel that it's because our body is immune to it.
