I stayed a RW and ate this Top Thing dish as well. So good. Great use of the Hilton dining credit. Also the sports bar was really good. Thanks DTM

This is actually a Chiu Chow dish that's been modified in Malaysia and Singapore. Needless to say, most of the original Chinese immigrants into Singapore/Malaysia were from Chiu Chow

It's pork lard, the crispy bits. Penang Char Keow Teow is one of the quintessential of Penang Street Food. You can order without chilli sauce and get the full favours. It is a must tried anywhere you can find it.

Lot's of good food places on the strip. However, the quantity is lacking and the prices are outrageous. I haven't gone to the strip in 8 years and I live in Vegas.
