So lovely to see you Mary :) I'm envious of your Envisalign. I really want it too but just for the one tooth and it's so expensive! I too had really bad gums which used to bleed on every brush. Following a number of intense cleaning sessions, they have been *touches wood* behaving well for about 4 years now. I do the same when I pop in to town to get things I've thought about and then forget so I have to jot notes down in my phone when I think of them (and still forget some things!). Invisalign worked really well for my daughter. But she lost weight on it when she didn't need it. Regardless, her canines hadn't come down enough and Invisalign brought them down and left her teeth really straight.

Its always astonishing to me how people choose to listen to influencers with zero medical background when it comes to taking care of the biggest organ in their body i.e their skin but not theplethora of dermatologists who are giving derm advice for free🙃
