I work out five days a week including hot yoga. I am 40 pounds down. keep up the great work I’ve decided back to my natural hair. We need to shampoo the from the sweat out of my hair every hard workout because it will dry your hair out and cause breakage.

Hey girl hey!!! OMG those Steve Madden shoes are the best and very comfortable! I have them in the bronze color. That stairmaster is noooooo joke, congratulations on a full hour!!! You already know I'm a pixie girl so when I worked out with my trainer I washed my hair at least 2-3x a week and slept with my conditioner. I only wear my pixie with curls when I get a fresh cut at the salon which is every 2-3 months. I also cut my hair SUPER lowwww. I hope your grandma had a blast, won bingo and turned up for her party! LOLOL As always, great video🙂

I have a pixie cut and I work out in my Jumbo (Black) Wrap strips, yes the ones we use after we mold our hair and wear under the dryer. They’re made to hold your hair in place when it’s wet. I wear like 2 at a time and I don’t remove them until my edges are completely dry and boom, my hair is still layed and in place. I hope that helps 🙏🏾❤️

I have a pixie cut. I do not work out 7 days a week!!! However, when I do work out I wash my hair on those days. I learned this from Kaye Wright, her pixie is flawless! I wash my hair twice a week on Sunday (deep condition) and Wednesday. I do walk 4-5 days a week in the afternoon or early in the morning. Sometimes I wear my hair Josephine Baker (Eton Crop) style. I just wet, mold, wrap and sleep. Hope this helps.

Leave your heavy workouts close to your wash days. Do light stuff right after your weekly wash, yoga, weight, etc. when it’s dirty already go crazy. Try to incorporate weight training rather than a hour of cardio, it’s good once a week to do a deep burn but long term that repetition isn’t good on the knees - 40 & 50’s will come and you want those knees good plus weight training/muscle building burns caleries longer than cardio

Gi the calories on the machine is not accurate. You have to have on a monitor to know what you’re really burning. Also weight lifting burns the most calories because you burn them when you’re not working out. But of course do what works for you and you’re gonna be fine fine

I sweat in my head alot also! So I’m also wait for the same advice, however I will say I have stopped wearing scarves/hats when I’m working out and use jus a sweat band around the edges, that has reduced the sweat out a little x

Hey G, in terms of the pixie cut and working out, you have to remold the hair at the gym after sweating it out but do not add additional product rather use the existing sweat (I know eww lol) to wrap the hair. Let dry and style as usual
