Start using Lyft instead of Uber! Lyft does background checks and Uber doesn’t. I use Lyft exclusively because I live in Philly and if I ever need to go somewhere alone, I don’t feel unsafe

I hope you reported the driver and gave him a low rating. If he gets enough bad ratings they’ll deactivate his account! Also, I’m a Lyft and Uber driver and I always have a clean, good smelling car and always get complimented. Now I know why. I’ve heard so many stories about dirty cars, bad drivers, bad music. 🙄 They need to get it together! Also, tip your drivers if they do a good job!! We only make 40% of the fare! 💕
