i got composite bonding down in london a couple of years ago and they're really good but they can stain and also a part of one of mine has cracked/a bit chipped off but it's towards the back but when i go back down this year i will get it repaired they are worth it but i have to use a straw especially when drinking tea, coffee or red wine but have to have my lip filler topped up more often due to this 😆 i thought about veneers beforehand but hate the filling down they do especially when you have natural healthy teeth and i had a brace for years when i was a teenager so weren't gonna undo the work but yeah defo recommend the composites hun 😁💋

Put the brush on front of the steamer it is much better/ I bought 2 Cadbury mini egg bars and ate one in a sitting. Yum! Congrats on the smoking front, well done!

Hi maxine I've had the same with dentist as I have moved so went bk to my old dentist and cause I hadnt been there they took me of the system so now I can't get a dentist it's a joke also I stopped smoking 9 years ago now and I vape but I'm more addicted to the bloody vape than the fags 😂 but well done I know how hard it is x
