How do you make your smoothies?

Frozen banana, my vanilla lean tropeaka protein powder, spirulina, chia seeds, flax seeds, matcha powder, coconut milk, almond milk or coconut water (whatever we have in the fridge) then sometime depending on how I’m feeling mango. Then blend it all up!
