Girl let me put you on something ok so at dollar tree they sale these boxes but they are flat and they are in a pack for whenever you wrap gifts and you got someone clothes you just fold it in the box and wrap the box and they have them in Christmas theme Sorry about my writing I’m not that good at writing but girl they saved my life I know you already wrapped your gifts but next year love you girl

Oh, just a piece of advice I went to T.J. Maxx this year, and I was starting to run out of Christmas money for some stupid reason I went into the actual jewelry section which I never do but I found real silver jewelry and I was able to get necklaces like with crosses or hearts and some silver rings I bought so much of that. I think I spent a couple hundred dollars but honestly all my Christmas shopping was done when I did that. no tarnishing and you don’t have to worry if somebody has bad skin just ask the person at the counter what the jewelry is made up they usually market down from the price that’s on there about 70% so I was able to get things that would’ve costed like 70 and then they brought it down to 40 and then they brought it down again so I was able to spend between 20 and 30for sterling silver. weather if you see something that is gold ridge usually Quality but not the real thing

Depression is when your constantly thinking about the past, anxiety is when your worried about the future or thinking to far ahead, try to ground yourself and only think in present tense. I found it helped me when I stopped worrying cause it does no one no good, we cannot predict the future nor can we stop the future. So let it go whatever your worrying about or thinking about in the future. Focus on the present and making memories with the people u love today and focus on who's there for u right now cause your to busy panicking or worrying you forget to live and appreciate who's by your side now. Hope that helps cause it does for me hehe love all Xmas gifts as well, keep up the great work Melissa and be proud now..!

I just love your family LMFAO too funny reminds me so much of my own and you're too funny just filming yourself in the mirror as they struggle I'm dead 🤣🤣🤣 Also let me just say I've struggled with anxiety and panic disorder for years I've been able to maintain it without anxiety meds for 7 years now which is like crazy seeing how I was on anxiety meds more than half my life I'm in my thirties and in my twenties it was when it was the worst so it's definitely about knowing how to breathe when you're experiencing a panic attack or even just severe anxiety therapy has really helped me as well to talk through what my fears are or just life struggles because that does contribute to panic disorder whether you realize it in the moment or not so yeah just knowing how to cope with it I know for me it's hereditary it runs down the line and my mom's side and I think even my dad has it he just doesn't admit it or talk about it kind of how men do you know LOL but hang in there girl that is scary❤️❤️❤️
