speaking of starting mediation, typically with starting new meds there is a LOT of trial and error. which in the end leads up to being a good thing (finding the right mediation for u) it can take a lot of time trying to find the right meds for u. make sure to take them EVERYDAY (if doctor says so) some meds have specific times throughout the day/night to be taken. and some also require to eat before taking it. i have also noticed sometimes after being on a pill for a while, you feel as if it isnt working anymore. that is when you talk to your physicist to see if upping your mediation is a possibility.

This made me feel so sean, i just started a prozac for my depression and anxiety.. i was so scared and felt so bad yk, but watching you talks about this in here and tiktok makes me think of another pov. I know that lots have success first try but if the first one doesn't work don't be discouraged cause there are so many and you will get there eventually. It will be ok Soph with meds. You might need to try 2 -3 before you find the one that works best for you. My meds changed my days, i’m not so anxious anymore, more light thoughts and lots more good. I might find myself craving stuff deeper though but happily for me its mostly fruits and veggies ❤ feel free to talk to me , I’ve been on them for years 😅🌻 don’t worry girl it’ll be ok 🙏🏻🌻

I think thats kind of where I am too soph. You being open about it may actually help me make the step. I’ve been in therapy. I have put in the work. But yet I still fall into these slumps as well. When they come it is so so hard. I have tried medication before but they were prescribed by my doctor. They made me feel ill and sleepy after several months. My morning routine was hovering the toilet to throw up. I feel going to a psychiatrist may help with finding the right medication. Keep us updated with your journey! I need to hear. 6:23

I think a lot of people would see that as an abuse of insulin. Not a lot of people have access to it, and doing a mukbang is basically overeating meaning she would have to take a lot more insulin for it. It would be kind of irresponsible of her, and it would also be a bad influence to other Type 1 diabetics. Remember that at the end of the day, her job is to be an influencer, so overeating for views probably isn't a good idea.
