I'm a freshmen in high school throwing mens Jav. I just started and never did Javelin before so thank you so much for making these videos! It's been helping me so much and I hit a PR yesterday at a hs meet of 20m with terrible wind conditions, rain and a bad javelin since we dont have any good ones where I live. But I was very happy and your videos helped alot for the throw!

Fantastic! Glad you're learning and getting better. I wish I had done more drills in High School. Definitely work on the fundamentals. Those are key to getting better. And of course, be healthy! Don't go crazy throwing far to beat your teammates in practice. Work harder and stay focused. The meets are your opportunity to throw far. All the best!
