Just a suggestion, but I think you should try doing fruit juice or fruit and some toast before working out and then a protein shake after working out. The carbs and sugars will give you a boost of energy before working out and the protein will help repair and build the muscle you broke down while working out. Protein obviously is always good, but it’s BEST when consumed AFTER a workout.

I can agree Pilates is expensive. I have a Pilates membership in addition to 2 gym memberships. Every month it be like having a luxury car note paying for those 3 😭 but so well worth it! A infrared sauna is better than a regular sauna. Great benefits. Add it into your weekly routine at least 2 or 3 times you'll see the benefits.
