Kids will do almost anything that feels like a game. Incorporate activities in little man's play where he's learning delayed gratification, role playing bed times and potty times, and dealing with "no". For example, have him "get mommy and daddy ready for bed" and then have him act out his turn in a playful setting. Then it feels more like the game when he's doing it for real.

Hey Alicia. My son had the same potty issue. One day I caught him in his corner and put him on the potty mid squat. He saw that it felt better to drop it in the toilet instead of walking around like Howard the duck 😂. Problem solved. Good luck Sis ❤

Let my nephew eat the cheese; at least he is eating; he is in that stage where he is feeling independent. I was worried too about my 3-year nutrition. My pediatrician told me to keep the things he loves, like green juice, and not be so hard on him. She said he is not going to starve himself 😅!

Hey I get the not spanking , each child is diff some you can talk to them some you have to punish at my age (53) spanking was I was taught , so my hats off to the new parents that rethink how we did it, but have you tried just ignoring him when he doing a temper tantrum to see what he does? Like just do something else like pay him. No attention at all but I’m a sure you know by now kids know even at his age he’s making you upset 😂😂😂😂

Hey Alicia! Please be careful in your fitness journey. If it doesn't feel good or seem right. DON'T DO IT! You know your body and what you are happy with. I was told to take these supplements once a day and they were organic. Girl! I took them for almost 3 weeks and to make a long story short. I almost passed out one day. Thank God my husband was here! THANK YOU JESUS!!! 🙏🙏 I had to detox myself for the next month after that. And the only good thing about it. I had took off 20 lbs. And I was able to go to my 50th Class Reunion. Yes!
