I've just been going to pilates the last few weeks! but if I train 3x a week at gym, I'll usually just do 3 lower body sessions and one upper/cardio session and walk all the other days x

Hey lovely, I never really comment on youtube videos but I always watch your videos and love them! I just wanted to let you know with the pasta you were using, I am not 100% sure but I used to use it all the time because of how good the macros were until I saw tik toks that the nutritional info was misleading. Apparently the info is based on the cooked weight, not the raw weight so its actually not much better than normal pasta. Obv do your own research, I just wanted to let you know xoxox

your pretty but you can tell so much just looking on you that you have fake hair extensions the colour is so diffrent from yours its just dont look nice so diffrent colour lighter then your hair please take it out it looks funny dont you see its not matching your hair even your hair is shorter we can see it so much the extensions r not goot the person who done them for you done them so wrong it looks funny just take them out and match the colour first with your hair

we're lightening my hair slowly to get to the same colour as the front extensions! Just taking a bit longer than it should because we're going superrrr gentle as my hair all snapped off a couple months ago. my back ones are darker than the two pieces next to my face so it's really just those two bits. don't worry, it bugs me too lmao
