@@robynmswandle also try prebiotics lol to help clean the gut. I'm struggling with the same issue but I was told that it is my iud that's causing the imbalance of my ph levels. Being 30 comes with a lot of problems lol 😂. Like how do you adjust from using green bar soap, Dove soap and ponds/camphor from the age of 14 to using all these new facial products with specific routines and steps🤦‍♀️. It's a lot xem
