You should really try rinsing your hair with rice water . I’m 30 and have super thin hair . Rice water saved my hair from balding as well ( I have a genetic condition and starting to bald early ) . Just rinse uncooked rice to clean of course . Add as much rice and as much water as you need and let it sit in the water for over 2 hours ( strain the rice out so it’s just the rice water .. after you wash your hair rinse your hair in the rice water and repeat this when ever you wash your hair . It also works great for your face and skin ( I also rinse my body with the rice water as well ) I also put the rice water in a spray bottle and spray it on my face before bed . I still look in my earlier 20s and I recommend this for everyone very Nourishing & anti aging . Please try it out or google rice water 💜
