I think doing a VLOG each day for one week each month is the best idea. I feel like KZbinrs and content creators can just over- do the daily vlogs just because they think it's what people want to see but honestly it can get boring to watch someone's repetitive day to day lives. Like no I do not want to see you make coffee, breakfast and dinner every time! lol. Don't even get me started with the cleaning and organizing videos ( what a BORE) lol. So i personally love when content creators travel or do stuff that not everyone is doing cause at least that keeps me engaged and excited. Also I didn't have the closest relationship with my mom growing up, so I love and appreciate seeing you share those intimate and close moments with your mama. It's so sweet

It’s actually supposed to not good for you to eat right away after you wake up. If you have issues with blood sugar levels you should just drink a glass of water with lemon juice (add some salt if that still doesn’t work).
