Maggie I was talking w a girl last night who had a massive scar from an accident on her face and she used vitamin E capsules, would break them open, and put the oil on her scar and it faded completely. Not sure if that would work w acne scars but just thought i’d put that out there!

Maggie I think as woman we tend to be hard on ourselves. We need to give ourselves more credit and more self love. As woman we go through so many changes and we need to embrace it through our good and bad days. We are bad ass human beings inside and out. Cheers to being a phenomenal woman. I feel that pimple patches cause more irritation and inflammation to my face than anything and I see no improvement. They cause more harm than anything for me at least. Don't sensitize your face with the acids in these things the way I did!

Acne prone skin should not be caked with products. It seeps into the pores and creates a chemical sh*t storm. Use antibacterial Dial soap and let it dry out. Moisturize around the eyes and places not affected by acne. I'm no doctor, just my opinion. You're a sweet person Maggie, so I pray for the best for you.
