Braden Chandler A lot more focus on the “orientation” and “learning” phase. Mainly how you present a session, how to create the “problem” for your team so that you can guide them with your coaching points on how to solve the problem in the “learning” phase.

Take us soccer license courses. Go to a local soccer club and start there. They will usually pay for your first few licenses.

I’ve been coaching for a couple of years, would say that you need to go to your local youth association and see if they need any volunteer coaching you’ll need to pass the background check and then just try to learn get your name out there try to really help people out and see there progress people will notice and you’ll move up and even get some job offers later on
