Good luck! Hope the birth goes smoothly! Not sure what US hospitals are like, but here in the UK I took a diffuser with me. I loved having essential oils burning and masking that clinical smell. Also had some LED candles so I could turn the harsh overhead lights off.

Thanks, MJ! 🤍 I brought a diffuser and string lights last time, but was far along enough that I didn’t ending up using them because I was pretty close to the end when I got there & was in an alternate universe LOL. I’m hoping this labor is super fast, but who knows 😂 Thanks for the kind comment! ✨

Thanks for watching 😊😊 Right now, the ones I listen to most frequently are: You Made it Weird with Pete Holmes (it’s an old one, but my fav ep is with Maya Rudolph), Blocks with Neal Brennan (both podcasts hosted by stand up comedians, but with mental health and spirituality focuses), also, the Ride podcast with Benito Skinner and Marybeth Barone (just plain silly and wonderful). Sometimes I listen to Theo Von’s pod, This Past Weekend, because he has crazy stories and is super entertaining. What do you listen to?!

Yay, thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Yes, I did! And it was so fast and easy. I just used a drop cloth canvas from hardware store, some big tubes of acrylic paint and a sponge to do the clouds (after using a big-ish paint brush to do the background blue). It was a pretty quick and fun project. 🤍☁️

My toddler went thru 8 clothes in 24hr at the hospital. We ran out. I honestly have no idea how. 🤣
