Tip for cornbread: put some butter in your pan , put it in the oven while it heats. Take the melted butter out pour in batter and mix. Let the remaining butter in pan spread around sides!

For Tuna I use boiled egg Mayo, sweet relish, a little mustard, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar soo good! For corn bread my granny taught me to put vegetable oil in pan heat up in oven for like a minute then pour mixture.. also love the long vlogs ❤

*jiffy is the BEST cornbread! it should be thick but not super thick. let it sit for a few minutes after mixing, then stir lightly right before putting it in the oven. this gives it a nice crown* 💗

White rice with cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and cream of mushroom soup with baked chicken is delicious. I like that with candied yams. But your dinner looks delicious. For my boyfriend when I make tuna, I put the whole egg yolk and all . I am a Duke mayo girl. That’s the only kind of mayo I use and like. I get my tuna , whole eggs , sweet salad cubes and onions in my tuna I only like tuna and eggs and mayo. My boyfriend do the cornbread from scratch. I use the Jiffy for him. He likes the Honey jiffy. Just try to get the lumps out. Medium consistency. I usually use two eggs and a little milk. I grease my black iron cast iron frying pan . I use a little vegetable oil and and two tablespoons of blue bonnet butter. Put the butter and oil in the oven and heat it up. Once it’s hot, I pull it out and pour it in the mix and stir it all up together and then pour it into the pan. It should turn out perfect 🤩.

On my baking chicken thighs I pull Parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, lemon juice, and honey. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes and BOOM. Delicious

Lo, your food looked delicious and yes, cornbread batter should be a little thick, not runny and also be a little lumpy. It does rise like cake. (Jiffy is even good with water if you don't have milk and no egg if your out, just Butter your pan. It might not rise as much then but still good). Great dinner Lo and Rylan is such a doll.

No Pam, use that margarine and a paper towel and swipe it around the pan. U need to dig a good scoop of it out. It works for simple stuff like cornbread. A cake will stick so u need old school shortening and flour. And your consistency for the Jiffy was fine. But u will definitely enjoy it more from scratch. And u are right, your cornbread is homemade....just not scratch so talk your shit baby sis!

If you don’t have Pam you can grease the pan with Oil or butter . I usually pour or spread some in the pan then use a paper towel to make sure it’s spread in all areas so it doesn’t stick . I find it easier 😂
