This may be too personal, but I was having really bad anxiety tonight. I was feeling so awful and stressed and crying - a mixture of COVID related things w/ some other personal struggles. And I just couldn’t calm down and turn my mind off. I came on to KZbin to distract myself and this was the first video I saw and it helped so much. From the nature to the plants to just you talking - it eased my mind and got me to realign. I especially enjoy the vlogs that are just mellow, day to day life. I appreciate that you’re so conscious about COVID & are mostly staying quarantined - something I’ve been doing since this all started and it really can start to feel lonely. I never write comments, but I just thought I would let you know (if you ever see this). Thank you ! (:

Well, since you asked about supplements advice : I've heard a lot of doctors (including Doctor Mike) say that supplements aren't necessary, except for people who are deficient in something ( and their deficiency shows through certain symptoms or medical tests, blood tests) or people who are trying to prevent certain problems ( Folic acid prevents birth defects, melatonin helps with sleep issues ). Anyway, it's best to talk to a doctor about what supplements you want to take, especially because they might not be regulated by the FDA, and, taken in excess, for example, might be worse than not taking them at all.
