I wash my hair everyday with no conditioner and get it cut once a month . My hair grows fast with no issues . I also blow dry it every day . And color it once a month . The key is I get a hair cut before my hair has any chance to damage . Hair trims do wonders for the hair . It’ll be thicker , healthier and shed less .

@@jaileneramos8411 yes I know . I have a short style and my scalp is very oily . So overnight my hair gets very oily to the point dry shampoo does not work. I have very shiny hair. It’s not dry or damaged. Some people can get away with washing everyday vs some others may not have a scalp that produces a lot of oil and actually needs to add to moisturize . If I condition my hair it weighs it down and comes out greasy.
