기본으로 구비해둘 건 자투리 채소랑 김치 단무지 인스턴트 만두 있으면 두고두고 먹을 수 있는 조합이 수두룩 해요! 그리고 진간장 국간장 참기름 들기름 소금 설탕 후추 깨 미림 굴소스(중요) 고춧가루 고추장 된장 쌈장 식용유 이 정도로만 조미료 구비해두신다면 엥간한 양념장은 만들어요!

Hello, I just want to share any recipe its call "ES BUAH" in Indonesia. First you have to prepare any kind of fruits, but i suggest using watermelon, melon, papaya. you can cut it into small pieces, or make it round. for the broth you can mix sweetened condensed milk with cocopandan syrup or red syrup and by adding water.
