Loving the energy! Ps: you can try to make oat milk yourself at home, custom taste and way more affordable. There are a couple of tutorials on TikTok you can try. But it’s basically blending oats with water, sieving it and adding a couple of things to sweeten it up.

I like that you are taking care of your body by eating a healthy breakfast. I am doing it too. It's a new way of life for me now. Not had carbonated drinks for at least two months . Buy organic oats a muslin cloth blend the oats with water drain with muslin cloth and there you have it oats milk. If you like almond milk soak then over night remove skins same process as the oat milk.

You can put in an oven for your sour dough or use a cast lron but put a bit oil or butter just use kitchen tissue to rub on a pan lf you want to be even, the sweet and sour lts from Co-operative Uk Supermarket unless they have in USA too, and Salsa brand lts Uk brand, bread and Avocado l really love lt .
