Torino è la città delle grandi illusioni regolarmente deluse, anche per I trasporti pubblici. 40 anni fa, un piano dei trasporti faraonico, mai realizzato; ora una linea 2 della metro, che non si sa bene quando inizierà e soprattutto quando finirà!
