Grace what’s the difference between white eggs and the brownish eggs? Great video btw😍

Auw thank you fav. Generally speaking, the eggshell colour depends on the breed of the hen, so white shell eggs come from hens with white feathers, while brown shell eggs are produced by hens with brown feathers. (In this case it’s Layer chickens, so there is no Cock involved, therefore it’s dominantly the hens pigment gene that comes out to play) In addition; nutritionally, both brown and white eggs are identical and or unless the feed has been enhanced for a specific one.
