You should definitely give Strava a try! Gives a much more in-depth analysis and breakdown of your sessions thank Nike (especially for Tempo, Fartlek, Speed) in terms of your heart rate, current fitness level, effort, elevation, calories, etc. 🤍

How come you Emma Graydon and your other friends don’t tip at restaurants? For someone who makes excessive amounts of $$ and claims to love Boston you have not tipped my fellow servers when at their tables on multiple occasions. Once even with Payton - in which your groups bill was well over $500 and you all collectively left a $20. I’m genuinely curious. Do you not know the recommended tip is 20% bc wait staff gets paid usually less than 30% minimum wage?

Also I should note that even when the bill is comp’d you should still leave a tip. ESPECIALLY when each of you are rolling in dough there is 0 excuse

I worked in the restaurant industry since my first job when I was 14, I always tip 20% or more. Never have I ever left a restaurant without tipping the server not sure who’s spreading misinformation

It’s not misinformation babe. You’ve done it where I work, at Lincoln and 2 other restaurants that I am aware of…which to me means probably many other places too. One time when your friend was invited by the restaurant to come and the whole ($300+) meal was comped the 5 of you left a $20 tip all together. Although you or your friends may be invited to a restaurant and get the meal comped, you should still tip your server what 20% of the bill would’ve been. But tbh, if you all have any respect for the service industry with a comped meal you should put down what the whole bill was for the tip. Coming from someone who has been in this industry for 15 years and has served plenty of celebrities coming into NY and BOS.
