The advantages of building is that u get to structure ur house the way you want, rather than buying a bond house that u need to pay n re- construct. I mean I've seen people paying estate's but it's so limited. Ok ok.... maybe advantage of estate is that the is security.

Hey sis, running/cycling/skipping is very good for cardio. Keep doing it👍. You already look great, but if you're targeting fat try more strength training. So maybe, 15mins cardio then 45 mins resistance and weights rotations. One challenge is that as you get leaner, the scale will not read the numbers you're hoping for because mass is replacing fat. WARNING: You will get RAVENOUS!!
