Hello my fellow carpenter sister, coffee is a diuretic and can dehydrate you. Try drinking 2 cups of water for every cup of coffee. Also the creamer gets pretty acidic internally so without water it will get the guys all messed up. Try a non-dairy creamer (Starbucks is my fave 🥹) and a bunch more water.
