My baby girl turned 6 weeks today! Time is truly a thief. How I wish I could rewind time to the time I was in the hospital giving birth. My advice is enjoy every little minute of these last few weeks because they truly are precious. 💗🫶🏼

I don’t wanna discourage you but my son is like that. 😮‍💨😅 a few tips that’ve helped us personally- let him give us big hugs/squeezes to get energy out, melatonin, star projector and weighted blanket. ❤

I don’t know what iron supplement you’re taking that’s not agreeing with you, but I had to take iron in all three of my pregnancies. I was instructed to take Slow FE (always used the generic) and it never upset my stomach. I would take it at night with my prenatal, unisom and B6 because if I took anything in the morning or afternoon I would be violently sick. Hang in there!

Absolutely love dates. I eat 1-2 at night (they have so many health benefits) but I limit due to the sugar/carbs. I get them at Sam’s! ❤
