hot yoga is so dope and tbh i always feel like a new woman after but, when i first started doing it i got overheated so fast and i got sick. it's really important to stay hydrated and to listen to your body during. like if you need to slow down, or stop, do so. passing out during bikram yoga sucks.

Great vlog ladies!! I loooove hot yoga, I find it totally detoxes your body because of how much you sweat but also the movement of the class strengthens, tones and loosens your muscles! P.s I know how much you girls love Acai bowls and so do I! But instead of going to a restaurant to eat them I make them at home! I use the sambozon Acai packs, most restaurants use that brand anyway! Thought I give you ladies a little tip for saving that papppper 💸💸💸 and it's super fun making them with my friends 👯 xoxoxo
