I said the same thing about not understanding why wedding planning is so stressful but now I totally get it too haha. The amount of decisions you have to make has been the hardest part for me. But also, my fiancé and I have started planning "wedding planning dates" in advance and try a new coffee shop every time which makes it so fun but also helps us be productive bc we know we are only there to work on wedding stuff ♡

one thing that u could do to like upgrade your vlogs is thay u could like actually film while shopping or working at the cafe. it makes me and the other viewers feel a lot more like we are with you atm and it also gives genuine vibes. it could be a 30 sec clip or maybe just a time lapse whatever you're comfortable with really. but i feel that would really improve quality of ur vlogs. again this is just a suggestion not a criticism i hope you don't misunderstand also i listen to your podcast and i absolutely love it. much love Katelynn❤

It's funny because I actually do drink water and have a snack every single morning with my coffee which just goes to show that videos don't show the full story💔 The main reason I wanted to reply is to explain I don't post content for others to learn nutrition advice from! I really encourage you guys to only seek advice from doctors and RDs in terms of content! @@KatelynnNolan The truth is that most people would rather copy the lifestyle of their favorite influencers than do research on their own 🥲 I don’t know what snack you have, but please remember that coffee makes it difficult to absorb some important macronutrients, like iron. I just think that food is what gives us energy, and a nutritious breakfast should fuel our body. Relying on coffee every single day is not healthy for me Another thing is that you once said you are an anxious person, and coffee can make it worse. I don’t want to offend anyone, but I think coffee addiction shouldn’t be neglected. I hope this was eye-opening or motivates someone to change their habits 🩷

I do really appreciate your passion for health and know that it is coming from a place of wanting to help! So thank you, I have really made an effort to cut back on caffeine lately and it's been something I have also talked to my doctor about regarding anxiety!
