I’m loving the Nordstrom moonlight comfort layer long sleeve shirts under my scrubs. They are comfortable & washing well. I got mine during the anniversary sale but even at full price, they’re much more affordable than the Lululemon.

Hey Becca!💓 I just wanted to share my creatine experience, because I have also experienced bloating when taking creatine! Every time I take creatine, I bloat right after. Once I begin drinking a lot of water, my bloating dissipates! I have found that taking it before bed (and drinking lots of water) is the best routine for me! I am sure its hard to adjust with your schedule, but I hope this helps!💓

I work the same shift and I do the same thing, I’m up like normal Saturday and then go in with no sleep.. I swear I’m always some amped on the first day but by two and three. All that energy is gone 😂
