Hiiii random, but just wanted to say i started watching you guys over a year ago and since then I’ve realized a lot of changes within myself and i love it. I feel like watching you and Emma has changed my perspective and my priorities and everyday i try to be my best self. This week has Been the first time that i have been 100% consistent and it’s crazy bc I’ve always made excuses for myself and now i wake up at 5 no alarm make my bed eat healthy and i love it all.
