Loved the vid.. just wanted to address this in case you never thought of it, but Ayşe, regarding your skin, many people and even physicians (derms) recommended contraception or other hormone therapies. I would recommend looking into more natural remedies if you know the cause of your breakouts. For me, I have PCOS and I tried these supplements from PuroLabs called hormone balance and in 4 months, my skin was pretty much clear. I do think you need to use good skincare too, such as a chemical exfoliant (I use the ordinary lactic acid 5%) and a good moisturiser and sunscreen (cerave and la Roche posay). I just wanted to say, acne isn't a disease. It's a symptom. Understanding what's causing it and targeting that not just the breakouts, it will be much more beneficial in the long run. I'm not a physician but I have done a lot of research. But still, I'd recommend talking to a professional before taking anything. I hope this helps you cc
